All in-stock items are shipped within 24 hours or the next business day (Mon–Fri).

 

 Standard Delivery

Our priority shipping delivery service is by USPS.  Standard delivery times are as follows: Continental US addresses 4–6 business days (Mon–Fri) from the date of shipment.

 Exchange Policy

We want your shopping experience at Shop Elevated Fashion to be exceptional! We hope you love each item you receive, if not we will gladly help you with an exchange, only if your item is applicable to do so (no exceptions). If you have any questions, please email elevatedfashion411@gmail.com

Some items purchased from Shop Elevated Fashion are eligible for exchange or store credit within 7 days after delivery. The exchange will be made for in-stock items only. SALE items are not eligible for exchange, or store credit. NO CHANGES may be made once an order has been placed. A standard shipping fee of $10.00 will be charged to your card in the event of an exchange for S&H. 

 

 Conditions

All exchangeable merchandise must be received back in its original form. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, free of any stains, odors, or distinct smells including perfume and with all original tags attached to receive a refund.

 

 Return Policy

Customers are responsible for return shipping. Please include a copy of invoice stating the reason for your return. We will send you an email when your return package is delivered back to our store. Please note, returns do take us 14 business days to process upon reaching our facility. Once your return is processed and your store credit is issued, you will receive a confirmation email. Please note that all accessories, swimwear, bodysuits, dresses, sets, whites/ ivory or any consider light in color, any apparel with special details such as: sequins, diamonds, glitters, mesh, metallics, feathers, faux leather, zippers, stones, pearls, strings, buttons, and sale items are final.

 

DAMAGED ITEMS

(when packing orders, we make sure the item is sent out in perfect condition)
